This lovely old man is my Uncle Earl. Chef always cracks up at the name Earl, but I always introduce him as the most educated of the Tittles. He is very smart in all things related to the heart. Some sort of cardiologist guru at Princeton. He works with Dr. Wilinksky who is THE Dr. Andrews of hearts. Dr. Andrews being the most sought after orthopedic surgeon on the planet. Anyway, back to Uncle Earl, I had to call in a favor to my dear uncle because my BF Buddy was in need of an arteriogram today. As always, he made sure all was good and Buddy got a clean bill of health. It's always good to know he's there when we need him. Love you, Uncle Earl!! :0)
