My Icelandic roomie just received his certification for a Certified Executive Chef! Yeah, he's special. He's been working on it for YEARS and now that he's finally out of the white coat, he got the certification. Of course, that meant we had to party. It was my job to plan the event and get him into our boardroom to surprise him. He's not hard to trick but I am a terrible liar so it was a bit of a challenge. We pulled it off though and he was shocked. Fun times. Here we have Chris Brown, Chef of Swampers, me and my Chef. :0)
